At Irie Aura Botanical, we craft each product with intention, care, and clean botanicals. Due to the nature of our small-batch, skincare and body care items, all sales are final. This helps us maintain product integrity, hygiene, and the highest quality for every customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We'll do our best to make it right with a replacement or credit, depending on the situation.

• We do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind or skin sensitivities, as everyone's skin is unique and we encourage patch testing before full use.
• Because our products are made fresh and in limited quantities, we cannot restock or resell returned goods.
